It's amazing what you can get for under $10 at the International Market in Thai Town. I wasn't even trying to economize. For ten bucks at the Mayfair you probably get a soda and a loaf of bread. I was bummed that they weren't cooking up the delicious coconut cookies, but I think they may only do that on weekends and holidays. It looks like baby's having Thai food for dinner, he's kicking and clapping already for the Tom Kai Gai.
